What early subscribers say
First federal contract won — 90 days

"We stopped manually checking SAM.gov every morning. BidClarity sends us 6–8 scored contracts every Monday — already matched to our NAICS codes and ranked by our chance of winning. We won our first GSA contract within 90 days of signing up."

CanadaBuys + World Bank coverage confirmed

"I was worried this would be US-only like every other tool. It's not. My very first digest had a CanadaBuys match and two World Bank contracts in East Africa. As a solo consultant, the 5-step action plan per contract is the feature I use most."

Compliance gap caught before $2.1M submission

"The compliance checker flagged a Section L requirement we'd have missed completely. It would have been an automatic disqualifier on a $2.1M bid. That one catch paid for 18 months of subscription. The competitor profiles are also genuinely useful — not just name lists."

What no other platform offers

Four capabilities. Zero competitors.

These aren't incremental improvements over existing tools. They're capabilities that simply don't exist anywhere else — at any price.

💰
Exclusive
You know you can afford it before you start writing

Government contracts typically pay 30–90 days after the work is done. Most small businesses find out too late that they can't fund delivery. BidClarity automatically checks whether SBA loans, government-backed export credit, or purchase-order financing applies to each contract — before your team spends a minute on a proposal. No other procurement platform does this at any price.

📡
Exclusive — Intelligence+ and Command plans
See the contract 6–18 months before it's publicly posted

Every government contract has an expiry date. When an existing contract is about to end, there's a window — usually 6 to 18 months — before the new tender is publicly advertised. BidClarity monitors these expiry records and alerts you in that window. Businesses that start early win these renewals at 38% — those who respond cold win at 12%. No other small business tool does this.

Command plan
Your complete proposal, written in minutes

BidClarity generates a complete, formatted proposal document — all four required sections — in minutes. A built-in checker then reads the government's solicitation and flags every requirement your draft needs to address before submission. No proposal writer. No external consultants. No weeks of back-and-forth. Just a compliant document, ready to review.

Exclusive — Intelligence+ and Command plans
Get your name in front of the buyer — before the contract even exists

Before most government contracts are formally posted, agencies publish a short notice asking who can do the work. Responding to this notice — called a "Sources Sought" — puts your business on the contracting officer's radar before your competitors even see the final opportunity. BidClarity writes a submission-ready response in under 60 seconds. Most businesses ignore these notices entirely.

Intelligence & Command

Know your odds before you commit a single hour.

EPA's discretionary budget reduced by nearly a quarter. Expect procurement slowdowns and contract delays through Q3 2026.

Recommendation: defer bid preparation on EPA opportunities until Q4.

Intelligence  ·  Intelligence  ·  Fulfill  ·  Both

Every competitor stops at contract award. GovWin IQ, GovDash, CLEATUS — all of them. When you win, you're on your own: spreadsheets to track what you owe, email chains chasing suppliers, Google to figure out fair pricing. BidClarity Fulfill closes that gap — tracking every deliverable deadline, sourcing qualified suppliers worldwide, and auto-drafting your past performance record (CPARS — your official government performance report card) the moment a contract closes. A poor CPARS rating can disqualify you from future contracts. Fulfill prevents that automatically. Each contract you deliver builds your content library, sharpens the platform's win patterns, and positions you earlier on the next recompete. Explore BidClarity Fulfill →

Still doing this the hard way?
GovWin IQ costs $29,000/year
and covers one country.

Most contractors are manually checking SAM.gov, CanadaBuys, TED Europa, and ten other portals every morning — then bidding blind with no idea who the competition is, what price wins, or whether they'll even qualify before they've read 60 pages of solicitation.

Without BidClarity
Still manually checking SAM.gov, CanadaBuys, TED Europa, and 10+ other portals every morning — hours gone, no guarantee you haven't missed something.
Bidding blind — no idea who keeps winning in your category, what certifications they hold, or what price range actually wins.
Discovering a fatal compliance gap after writing 40 pages of proposal — the mandatory requirement was buried on page 67.
Finding out about a contract renewal two weeks before the RFP drops — when the current holder already has a 12-month head start.
Committing weeks to a proposal — then realising you can't fund delivery because government contracts pay 60–90 days after the work is done.
Most first-time government suppliers quit within 6 months — not because they couldn't win, but because they couldn't find the right contracts fast enough to keep trying.
BidClarity
One profile scanned against 37+ portals nightly — HIGH matches only, already scored and ranked. Open your inbox, not six government websites.
Competitor profiles show who wins in your business category (NAICS), how often, what certifications they hold, and at which agencies.
Three-stage proposal review catches every mandatory requirement gap before you write a word — strategy check, compliance pass, and disqualification audit.
Early contract warning flags expiring contracts 5–18 months before they're publicly posted — you arrive positioned, not scrambling.
BidClarity checks whether SBA, export credit, or purchase-order financing applies to each contract — so you know you can fund delivery before you commit a single hour.
BidClarity starts at $149/mo — less than one hour of legal fees, for intelligence that finds you winnable government contracts every week in the US, Canada, and globally.

Common questions
Answered before you ask.
SAM.gov (the federal supplier registry) returns keyword search results — hundreds of listings to filter manually, with no scoring, no funding assessment, and no action plan. BidClarity scores every contract against your specific profile and delivers only the ones that match, pre-ranked by win probability (PWIN). Searching SAM.gov is an activity. BidClarity is a decision.
PWIN stands for Probability of Win — a 0–100% score estimating your likelihood of winning a specific contract given your capability profile, past performance signals, set-aside eligibility, competitor landscape, and contract value relative to your stated capacity. Available on Intelligence plan and above.
These are two separate numbers — and the distinction matters.

Match score (0–100) — shown on all plans. This tells you how well a contract fits your business: do your services align with what's being bought, do your business category codes (NAICS) match, does the contract value suit your capacity, are you eligible to bid? A score of 88/100 means this is a strong fit for your business. It says nothing about how hard the competition will be.

Win probability (PWIN) — Intelligence plan and above. This estimates your odds of actually winning against the likely field of competitors. It factors in who typically wins at this agency, what certifications they hold, how entrenched the current holder is, and historical award patterns. A PWIN of 71% means you're well-positioned; 38% means the field is stiff.

Example: a match score of 88/100 with a PWIN of 38% means this contract is a great fit for your business, but the competition is intense — you'll need a strong proposal. A match score of 72/100 with a PWIN of 71% means moderate fit, but you're positioned to win. Use both together: match score tells you whether to pursue, PWIN tells you how hard to compete.
The compliance checker reads the solicitation documents and extracts every mandatory requirement — certifications, registration prerequisites, past performance minimums, bonding, and set-aside eligibility — then checks each against your profile. You see a clear ✓/✗ checklist before committing to a proposal. Available on Intelligence plan and above (1 check/month included; Command includes 5).
Your card is saved at signup but not charged for 14 days. You receive 14 days of full Intelligence access — every feature unlocked from day one. Your first scored intelligence report arrives within minutes of completing your profile, and your first weekly digest the following Monday. We'll email you a reminder before day 15 so you're never surprised. Cancel before day 15 and no payment is taken. No calls, no sales process. See exactly what's included at each stage →
Yes. When you indicate openness to subcontracting in your profile, BidClarity also alerts you when prime contractors (the lead bidders on large contracts) win awards in your business category (NAICS) codes. Primes are legally required to use small business subcontractors — the SBA sets annual small business spending goals for every federal agency — and they actively search for capable suppliers. You receive the prime award notification before the prime even starts advertising for subs. More in the FAQ →
Yes — BidClarity is account-based, not a one-off anonymous trial. Creating your account takes under 5 minutes: name, email, business category codes (NAICS), and which markets you're targeting. Your 14-day Intelligence trial starts immediately — your card is saved but not charged until day 15, and we'll remind you before then. Every feature you use (compliance calendar, document vault, saved matches, content library) lives in your account and builds over time. When your trial ends, you can choose any paid plan or step down to Scout. Your data stays with you.
Fully. BidClarity was built for global suppliers from the start. The platform covers SAM.gov and US SLED (state and local government portals) for US federal and state work; CanadaBuys, BCBID, and provincial portals for Canadian work; EU TED and UK FTS (Find a Tender Service) for European procurement; AusTender, GeBIZ (Singapore), India GeM, and NZ GETS for Asia-Pacific; and World Bank, AfDB, ADB, IDB (Inter-American Development Bank), and UNGM for multilateral development contracts. Africa coverage includes South Africa eTenders and Kenya, with Nigeria and Ghana in progress. That's 37+ portals across 6 regions — every market is a first-class option, not an add-on. A contractor in Nairobi, Brussels, or Mumbai gets the same quality of intelligence as one in Maryland.
BidClarity temporarily stores solicitation documents it retrieves automatically for 90 days — this doesn't count toward your vault storage limit. After 90 days, documents are deleted from our servers (they remain on the government portal). You can pin any document to your vault to keep it longer, or re-download it from the portal at any time.

Your own uploaded documents — financial statements, past performance records, and generated proposals — are stored within your plan's vault allowance (500 MB on Scout, 2 GB on Intelligence, 10 GB on Command). Proposals are retained for 6, 12, or 24 months depending on your plan. You can download everything as a ZIP export at any time.
The founding rate is simple: the price you sign up at today is the price you pay forever, as long as you stay subscribed on that plan.

There is no separate discounted founding price — the founding rate is today's published price. If BidClarity raises prices next year (or any year after), you keep paying what you paid on day one.

Choose monthly or annual — both are valid founding rates. Sign up monthly at today's monthly price and that monthly price is yours for life. Sign up annual at today's annual price and that annual price is yours for life.

The founding rate is released if you: change to a different plan tier, switch between monthly and annual billing, pause your subscription, or cancel. If any of those happen, you re-subscribe at the price current at that time.

This is a one-time opportunity. Once the 50 founding spots are filled, new subscribers pay standard pricing.
Yes. The Proposal Draft Generator is available on Command plan and above. Once you've run a compliance checker session (so BidClarity has already extracted the RFP requirements), it combines those requirements with your past performance repository and approved content library to generate all four proposal volumes as a Word .docx: Technical Approach, Management Approach, Past Performance, and Price Narrative. Each volume takes under 3 minutes to generate. The output is a structured first draft — not a finished proposal, but a complete, compliant skeleton built from your own approved content that your team edits to win.
A financial and organisational assessment designed for businesses new to or early in government contracting. Upload your financial statements as a PDF and BidClarity extracts key indicators: current ratio, working capital, debt-to-equity, operating margin, and maximum sustainable contract size. It also runs a DCAA accounting system readiness check against the SF 1408 criteria and bridges your commercial experience into government-proposal language. The output is a Contractor Capability Package that automatically populates into every proposal you generate. Available on all paid plans — useful for first-time federal contractors and businesses transitioning from commercial-only work.
A supplier sourcing module that bridges the gap between winning a bid and delivering on it. For product-supply contracts, Fulfill matches you with verified suppliers for the relevant business category (NAICS) and product type, generates outreach templates with Trade Agreements Act (TAA) and Buy American compliance checks, manages quote comparison, and tracks delivery outcomes. Every Fulfill engagement improves the supplier reliability scores platform-wide — so the more the network uses it, the sharper the supplier matching becomes. Command plan and above.
GovWin IQ costs approximately $29,000/year, covers US federal only, and was built for established prime contractors with dedicated BD (business development) teams.
