Find and win government contracts
before your competitors know they exist.
Government contracts start at $50K. Most run $500K–$5M. BidClarity monitors 37+ global portals against your profile every night and tells you exactly which ones you can win — with the win probability, compliance check, and a step-by-step action plan already done. Delivered before you open your laptop.
The only SMB procurement intelligence platform covering North America (US federal + state and local government (SLED) + Canada), Europe (EU TED + UK + Ireland), Asia-Pacific (Australia + Singapore + India + New Zealand), Africa (AfDB + South Africa + Kenya), and multilateral development banks (World Bank + ADB + IDB + UNGM) — all in one subscription, at 3–10× less than GovWin IQ. Works for a solo consultant just as well as a 50-person team. And the only one that writes your proposal, checks whether you can afford to deliver, and shows you who you're up against — all before you spend a single hour bidding.

"We stopped manually checking SAM.gov every morning. BidClarity sends us 6–8 scored contracts every Monday — already matched to our NAICS codes and ranked by our chance of winning. We won our first GSA contract within 90 days of signing up."
"I was worried this would be US-only like every other tool. It's not. My very first digest had a CanadaBuys match and two World Bank contracts in East Africa. As a solo consultant, the 5-step action plan per contract is the feature I use most."
"The compliance checker flagged a Section L requirement we'd have missed completely. It would have been an automatic disqualifier on a $2.1M bid. That one catch paid for 18 months of subscription. The competitor profiles are also genuinely useful — not just name lists."
Four capabilities. Zero competitors.
These aren't incremental improvements over existing tools. They're capabilities that simply don't exist anywhere else — at any price.
Government contracts typically pay 30–90 days after the work is done. Most small businesses find out too late that they can't fund delivery. BidClarity automatically checks whether SBA loans, government-backed export credit, or purchase-order financing applies to each contract — before your team spends a minute on a proposal. No other procurement platform does this at any price.
Every government contract has an expiry date. When an existing contract is about to end, there's a window — usually 6 to 18 months — before the new tender is publicly advertised. BidClarity monitors these expiry records and alerts you in that window. Businesses that start early win these renewals at 38% — those who respond cold win at 12%. No other small business tool does this.
BidClarity generates a complete, formatted proposal document — all four required sections — in minutes. A built-in checker then reads the government's solicitation and flags every requirement your draft needs to address before submission. No proposal writer. No external consultants. No weeks of back-and-forth. Just a compliant document, ready to review.
Before most government contracts are formally posted, agencies publish a short notice asking who can do the work. Responding to this notice — called a "Sources Sought" — puts your business on the contracting officer's radar before your competitors even see the final opportunity. BidClarity writes a submission-ready response in under 60 seconds. Most businesses ignore these notices entirely.

Every competitor stops at contract award. GovWin IQ, GovDash, CLEATUS — all of them. When you win, you're on your own: spreadsheets to track what you owe, email chains chasing suppliers, Google to figure out fair pricing. BidClarity Fulfill closes that gap — tracking every deliverable deadline, sourcing qualified suppliers worldwide, and auto-drafting your past performance record (CPARS — your official government performance report card) the moment a contract closes. A poor CPARS rating can disqualify you from future contracts. Fulfill prevents that automatically. Each contract you deliver builds your content library, sharpens the platform's win patterns, and positions you earlier on the next recompete. Explore BidClarity Fulfill →

Four capabilities that replace the entire stack of tools most government contractors cobble together manually.

Match score (0–100) — shown on all plans. This tells you how well a contract fits your business: do your services align with what's being bought, do your business category codes (NAICS) match, does the contract value suit your capacity, are you eligible to bid? A score of 88/100 means this is a strong fit for your business. It says nothing about how hard the competition will be.
Win probability (PWIN) — Intelligence plan and above. This estimates your odds of actually winning against the likely field of competitors. It factors in who typically wins at this agency, what certifications they hold, how entrenched the current holder is, and historical award patterns. A PWIN of 71% means you're well-positioned; 38% means the field is stiff.
Example: a match score of 88/100 with a PWIN of 38% means this contract is a great fit for your business, but the competition is intense — you'll need a strong proposal. A match score of 72/100 with a PWIN of 71% means moderate fit, but you're positioned to win. Use both together: match score tells you whether to pursue, PWIN tells you how hard to compete.
Your own uploaded documents — financial statements, past performance records, and generated proposals — are stored within your plan's vault allowance (500 MB on Scout, 2 GB on Intelligence, 10 GB on Command). Proposals are retained for 6, 12, or 24 months depending on your plan. You can download everything as a ZIP export at any time.
There is no separate discounted founding price — the founding rate is today's published price. If BidClarity raises prices next year (or any year after), you keep paying what you paid on day one.
Choose monthly or annual — both are valid founding rates. Sign up monthly at today's monthly price and that monthly price is yours for life. Sign up annual at today's annual price and that annual price is yours for life.
The founding rate is released if you: change to a different plan tier, switch between monthly and annual billing, pause your subscription, or cancel. If any of those happen, you re-subscribe at the price current at that time.
This is a one-time opportunity. Once the 50 founding spots are filled, new subscribers pay standard pricing.
